About Me

Embracing Compassion, Connection, and Autonomy

Hello, my name is Cindy - Lee; as a recent graduate of Addictions and Mental Health Counselling, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their unique journeys toward wellness. My approach is rooted in a profound respect for autonomy—I believe that everyone deserves to be met exactly where they are, with compassion and without judgment.

I am energized by the connections I make with people from all walks of life, and I view every conversation as an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow together. For me, effective counselling is not about imposing solutions but about empowering people to discover their own strengths and paths forward.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid lover of the outdoors. Whether I'm hiking forest trails, paddle boarding quiet lakes, or simply soaking in the fresh air, I find that nature offers both inspiration and balance. These experiences reinforce my understanding of resiliency and remind me of the importance of self-care—something I strive to model for those I work with.

Above all, I am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, where autonomy is honoured and every person’s story is valued. I look forward to walking alongside others as they navigate the road to recovery and well-being.
